From <em>fancy single-digit number plates to number plates depicting a special day of your life<\/em>, RTA number plates auction offer a unique opportunity to residents of the UAE to grab a distinguished number plate for their vehicles. Among the number plates which received the maximum attention of the attendees and drew the biggest bids were the two digits number plates including <strong>R13, H33 and O69. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The <strong>R13 number <\/strong>was sold at the price of <strong>AED 2.92 million<\/strong> while the second highest bid of <strong>AED 2.82 million<\/strong> was placed for the <strong>H33 number<\/strong>. The <strong>O69 number<\/strong> was sold at <strong>AED 1.68 million<\/strong> and <strong>W999<\/strong> received a final bid of <strong>AED 1.4 million<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Some other number plates were also among the list of top draws from the event as these plates received significantly higher bids than others. <em>The S66666 was sold at AED 680,000, K88888 went for AED 670,000, P4444 received a bid of AED 580,000 and O6666 was sold at a bid of AED 560,000<\/em><strong><em>.\u00a0 <\/em><\/strong>RTA generated a <strong>total revenue of AED 27.51 million<\/strong> from the 95th Special Number Plates Auction.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">Why the RTA\u2019s Special Number Plates Auction is such a Popular Event in Dubai?<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">RTA has been conducting its special number plate\u2019s auction on a regular basis to offer number plate enthusiasts a delightful opportunity to buy exclusive registration numbers, which add a luxury appeal to their vehicles. <em>Single-digit number plates are typically the most highly contested number plates<\/em> at such events and have drawn the highest bids in the history of RTA auctions so far.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">RTA launched its first single-digit number plate in November 2016 and a Dubai-based Indian Businessman purchased it at a whopping price of AED 33 million.
